The trailer launch was also attended by actor Nushrat Bharucha, producer Ekta Kapoor and director Raaj Shaandilyaa, but it was Ayushmann who grabbed eyeballs with his saree look.Ayushmann Khurrana’s saree avatar seems to have inspired his fans as well. Recently, when the actor was enjoying the success party of his award-winning film Andhadhun in Mumbai, a fan gatecrashed the event in a saree, to pay tribute to him.On the fan’s special request, Ayushmann clicked a picture with him and in no time, the photo went viral on social media. Clad in a yellow saree, the fan was seen with the pallu on his head in the trending photo.Ayushmann Khurrana, who is playing a character named Pooja in Dream Girl, was seen wearing a green saree at the trailer launch of the film on August 12. He rocked his saree look with sports shoes, a black T-shirt and sunglasses.In Dream Girl, Ayushmann will be essaying the role of a small town guy, who dresses up as women characters from Hindu mythology – Sita (from Ramayana), Draupadi (from Mahabharata) and Radha (from Krishna Leela). Produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures, Dream Girl will hit the screens on September 13.Ayushmann Khurrana, who attended the success bash of Andhadhun in Mumbai this week, recently won his first National Award as Best Actor for his performance in the 2018-released film. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Andhadhun also won Best Hindi Film award.At the National Film Awards 2019, Ayushmann’s film Badhaai Ho also won.
